Information regarding stock and order processing times.

We do our best to maintain stock levels for the majority of our products. When a product is listed as "Shipping within 48 hours," it means it is in stock and will be shipped at best the same day if the order is placed early enough, or the next day—in short, within 48 hours (business days).

For products that are not in stock, an estimated timeframe is provided to let you know how long it will take to manufacture them.

We have defined 5 statuts:

  • Shipping within 48 hours: In stock.
  • Manufacturing within 7 days: High-demand product that we produce frequently.
  • Manufacturing within 15 days: Product requiring mass production.
  • Manufacturing within 30 days: Complex product or product in a less popular color.
  • On order from supplier: We are dependent on our supplier and their delivery and/or customs processing times.

    If your order includes an in-stock item and an item with a lead time, we will naturally wait until the entire order is available before shipping.

    Another important detail, which goes without saying but is worth mentioning: We are talking in business days. If you order a product shipped within 48 hours on Friday evening, this lead time starts for us on Monday morning. Generally, if the item is in stock, it will indeed ship on Monday, but sometimes we may not be available. For example: business meetings, travel, illness, etc. And while we're on the subject of the obvious: If an announcement is posted on the website's homepage regarding an event such as construction, maintenance, vacation, or any other unforeseen circumstance that might delay shipments, please take this into account.
